Very badly worded. He did have help from at least one other person – Terry Nichols. I do believe there were more involved, and that some evidence was covered up by some law enforcement agency.
Terry Nichols was in the Philippines when Ramzi Yousef was there.
Nichols and McVeigh (per Ambrose Evans-Pritchard, The Secret Life of Bill Clinton, Regnery, 1997) could not get their ANFO act together without Dennis Mahon the FBI informant's assistance.
Per above, McVeigh reconnoitered with Andreas Karl Strassmeier, German trained in military intelligence who left America unscathed.
On the other hand, Bill Clinton blamed Rush Limbaugh.

MANY MANY FReepers were in on the discussions. And THEY made MORE sense/presented the case MORE convincingly than the gov't/gov't 'experts'/and the lamestream.

It irritates me no end when idiots say 'what did Bush know and when did he know it?' The MORE important question SHOULD be...'what did klintler know and when did he know it and WHAT DID HE DO ABOUT IT????'
Perhaps, if THAT question were asked, answered, and ACTED UPON, 9/11 'could' have been avoided.
I'm not familiar with how Ashcroft paid lip-service to McVeigh's death sentence. Can you post a link or an 'article'?
In the History Channel documentary, someone told of one of the captured terrorists drawing a picture of McVeigh...or am I mistaken and it was Nichols?
The History channel program didn't mention Jayna Davis' work, and that was disappointing.
I didn't know James Woolsey had said that about Jayna Davis.
I'm not that informed on this subject; people like you on this thread have really helped to bring me up to speed.

I agree, that TWA explosion just doesn't add up.
As in OKC, there are some things that don't add up, but I don't attribute the conspiracy to sinister govt. plots: I chalk it up to laziness, ineptitude, and cowardice.
If they (govt intel) look into these things, it means they might have to confront foreign govts, go to war, take action. Much simpler to avoid a thorough investigation.
So in a sense it is a coverup...of avoidance.

thanks for that ping Meek. it's an old subject, but given our WOT, I think it has current relevance. Most people who've read up on OKC seem to believe that there was an Islamic terrorist/ state connection. I do anyway! ;)

The gov't had agents there in unmarked black cars, throwing strange hula hoop like objects across the highways when a vehicle crossed. They were in the close vicinty of the Murrah Building. Eyewitness report this on the night before the "bombing". Bomb squads were out the morning of the bombing, prior to. All according to eyewitness reports, newspaper reports and Charles Keys book. Now how bad would it of looked if Bill Clinton did do something but missed it "accidently" or on purpose. Maybe, oh I don't know, to push through gun control legislation. Something the dimwitted oh I mena the Dimoratic party was pushing through at the time. Muslim groups were in large numbers at the time, doing unreported things and still are.
