There will always be a margin of error in a free election. None in history has ever added up to 100%. Like DUH. And to the tinfoil hat moonbat DU Dummies what used to be an unremarkable fact of life has metatatized to conspiratorial proportions. Its like Umberto Eco's Foucault's Pendulum. A conspiracy can be created out of just about anything and we will always have those with us who believe in their own delusions.

Sounds like a Rovian plot to me! Ha! That was a good one! The way I hear the Rats say they are going to ''fix'' the problems in their party is ,they are going to break off and form a new third party of radical lefty Dems cause they are mad that Hillary may try and go more towards the center to win in 2008. I dont think this will fix all the problems the RATS have but I hope they do form a new third party of Dims, with Howard Dean as their inspirational leader! They can call themselves the DeanacRATS OR DummycRATS or just plain the RAT party!

Hey, they're quoting me !!!

Oh, the shame.

Idiots aren't quoting the taglines in this thread.

I also noticed that they're too stupid to understand the insults. I still feel sorry for them. Tomorrow will be a shock. I truly hate seeing anyone get that hopeful only to have hopes dashed.

100 protestors?

wow...how underwhelming! Actually, pretty pathetic that that's all they could come up with in a state of that size. What's truly sad is that Ohio election boards are going to have to pay. Methinks that the Dems will pay the price next time.

Yes, and if I'm not mistaken the Ohio SecState already certified. So how that barking moonbat can say this is an "illegitimate gathering" is beyond me.

Two words: Federal Courts.

Seems to me our side should be getting the same sort of movements going in Pennsylvania and other states that went "Blue", but only barely, and in which there have been "questionable" practices in Democratic controled areas. Just in case.

No court in the country can stop it.

What? You think that a judge or judges can't be found to overrule the law, precedent and even the Constitution itself? I'll bet there are plenty of them that would do that.

"Two words: Federal Courts."

Nope. After tomorrow's Electoral College vote, the Constitution only allows the U.S. House jurisdiction in the election.

Courts are prohibited by law from this zone.

US Constitution, Art. II, sec. 1: "The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States."

3 USC Ch. 1, Sec. 7: "The electors of President and Vice President of each State shall meet and give their votes on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December next following their appointment at such place in each State as the legislature of such State shall direct."

Yes, but the Constitution also says "...the right of the people shall not be infringed, but you didn't see any courts overturning the Brady Act or Assault Weapons ban as "infringements" did you? Then there are the prohibitions on the free exercise of religion, in clear violation of the First Amendment.
