Gee whatever happened to the Phillipines pulling out of Iraq to "appease" the terrorists errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Muslims in the southern part of their country?

Filipinos are finding the same lesson the Spanish are---you negotiate and give in to terrorist and they'll come back and try to kill you again anyway.
Western civilization needs to accept the fact the we cannot negotiate with terrorists. It just doesn't work. They will give in for the short term, but they will be back.
