It's really this simple: you are not entitled to dictate rules that in effect disarm your employees. People have the right to carry arms to & from work. Thus, your choice is to either accept those Constitutional conditions or not, if you don't, then you won't be able to conduct business in the USA. My, but you're a slow learner!
Your choice as a potential employee is to either accept your employer's rules or not. If you don't, you won't be able to work for that person.
