From the article:
Beginning next year, the F.E.C. will institute new rules on the restricted uses of the Internet as it relates to political speech.
What does this mean?

Probably a bylaw of CFR. We all knew that it restricted political speech. It is unconstitutional and will have to be tossed out but first it must go to the Supreme Court.

Beginning next year, the F.E.C. will institute new rules on the restricted uses of the Internet as it relates to political speech. What does this mean?It means the government will actually require you to wear tinfoil on your head to keep OUT the bloggers. Strange turn of events, eh?

What they are really saying is " Beginning next year , the F.E.C. will institute new rules on the restricted uses of Conservative/Republicans on the Internet as it relates to political speech, and religious Christian speech and the Conservative/Republicans will no longer have FREE SPEECH in this country no more, violators will be put in the Soviet Gulag " . MSM has declared until father notice , that there will be a crackdown on any political speech of conservatism/republicanism and Christians, MSM's goal is to have only one communist/democratic party in this country. ( Sarcasm )

What does this mean?It means they're really PO'd about getting their butts handed to them by the people, so the people must go.

I would like to know that, too. If you get an answer, could you forward it to me? Thanks!

It means the government has realized that 100,000 people reading one page per day can keep up with the rules and regulations the government publishes in the Federal Register and let the rest know what significant little bombshells are lurking in there.
Whereas one person could never read it all.
This has to frighten promulgators of a plethora of regulations which gain the weight of law unchallenged because no one knows they exist.
We (bloggers, FReepers, et.al.) are the serfs encroaching on their fiefdoms, complete with archaic lighting devices and rudimentary farm implements, and they are all scared for their jobs.
The MSM is more than willing to help them, just so they do not lose control of their one raison d'etre, namely: controlling what you and I think.
The two, media and bureaucrats, have had a cozy relationship until of late, where one creates the panic, the other the solution; sort of a co-dependant Munchausen's Syndrome.
If they weren't so Hell bent on eliminating God from the discussion, they'd be praying He forbid us from sentinent interaction. Perhaps if they spent more time praying, they would realize they are fighting a war they have already lost.
