I homeschool my two boys AND I support the idea of vouchers. I think parents have the right to many different choices when it comes to their children's education.

No one has a right to the fruits of another's labor.

"No one has a right to the fruits of another's labor"

Would you like to explain how you justify that statement to our troops. How do you justify that statement to a family who has lost a loved one- Lost someone who has been out there protecting this idea of AMERICA- this doctrine of ours?

Some of the people in lowest tax bracket in this country are those who have worn the uniform of the United States military. Many of our veterans have died penniless.

You enjoy the fruits of many, many people's labor- BTW.

I agree - but there is a caveat to my agreement. As much as we all dislike taxes, a certain amount (to be decided) is necessary for the function of government for the purposes it was created - such as providing for public safety, i.e., the military.

Has the idea of "public safety" gotten out of hand? You bet it has. But that's an entirely different discussion.
