Would be interesting to see two women run for the top office. I'm sure the winner would be a woman. :) And go down in history. Would definitely be interesting.
Hillary would steamroller her, much like Obama steamrollering Keyes.
I don't think Hilly is the Dem nominee, regardless of what she and her people have convinced people.
I don't think Rice is the only one who can beat her: frankly, I am not sure she is a good candidate.
Other GOPers who can beat Hilly, for example, are McCain and Rudy (though they won't win many polls here at FR, the country is a whole lot bigger than FR, something we should all care to remember!).
There are many decent Republican men who could beat the shrew in a properly-run race.
Rudy would have a tough time getting the Republican nomination but would have a better chance of getting elected. His pro-choice views and toleratuon of gay lifestyles would be strongly attacked during the primaries.
Hey 2008 is 4 years away
War In Iraq
War on Terror
Social Security
Immigratrion
All knds of catastophes etc can happen between now and then
GIVE IT A REST ABOUT 2008
Especially Dick WORTHLESS Morris
Hey, that rhymes...
If you think the Republican turnout was big in November (Bush at 61 million +), I'd say a Republican might take 75 million votes against Hillary in 2008.
Hillary cannot win a national election. She would do worse then Kerry did.
He is crazy.
Hillary has a very unappealing personality, like Kerry.
She is savvy and cunning, and I'm not underestimating her. She could be tough. But there are lots of Republicans that can do the job, as long as they stay true to conservative principles, and provide a contrast with her opportunism and lack of principles.
I don't think Giuliani is the right guy, though. He's an excommunicated pro-choice Catholic (and they had a field day with Kerry), and his new wife makes Teresa look like Laura Bush. But he just doesn't provide much of a contrast with Hillary, in terms of moral values. He's also a New Yorker, so we can't play a regional card against Hillary if he runs.
Rice would be great, but there are other options.
Also the amount of money raised by Republicans would be astronomical -- everytime Hillary donates to a Dem candidate the Republican gets far more in donations.
Whatever Dick. The Hildabeast is universally hated outside of the northeast and California. She can't rehab her image enough to change that.
How about John O'Neill or Jerome Corsi? Would go nice with Rice....
like rick lazio?
Rice would be the perfect VP candidate.
Dick Morris will say anything to create a stir. He's a hack that is basically just collecting paychecks from any source that he can find before people notice that he is out of touch.
Condi isn't seasoned enough yet to run for president - maybe in 2012 or 2016. Rudy is the toughest candidate in '08. Condi would be an excellent VP.
Morris has been sniffing feet again.. He needs to shut up and pay his taxes.
