Sean just had a guest on who is fighting the ACLU over the cross on the L.A. emblem. He asked people to go to their web site http://www.ourfirstamendment.org and sign the petition. They need 20% of the voters in the last election and the council members who are bowing to the ACLU will drop their action to remove the cross. I'm assuming this is 20% of the population of L.A. that voted.
You know, the cross isn't necessarily a Christian symbol. Crucifixion was a standard method of execution during those days and I am sure there were MANY people that died on a cross other than Jesus (I can think of two right off the top of my head!). If the logo does not mention anything about Christianity, why do they perceive it is a religious symbol? : )
This goes well with last night's episode of Hannity and Colmes. It seems not only is the mention of Jesus verbotten, now we must deny our history.
Yes, I saw the movie Spartacus too.

Take the word "liberty" out of "association". LOL
The Secular Taliban, a self-anointed shadow government that lies in wait to strike against Christians.
