Actually, I respect a lot of folks over 16. My dad. My grandfather. I tend to use the word "sir" a lot, because I generally think you are respectful to your elders unless and until they give you reason not to be, when you can respond in kind. I've never had ADD and don't believe in it. As to being overweight, well, only in the trou, buddy.
