What good will it do, we already voted for prop 187 and some Federal judge threw it out. The Feds want immigration, we have 65 million people getting ready to retire, how many kids did you have Joe ?

"Prohibits aliens unlawfully in United States from obtaining: a driver’s license or government identification card; a college fee or tuition exemption; government grant, contract, loan; a professional or commercial license; or any other public benefit not required by federal law"

maybe i'm naive, but why is this a bad thing?

DRIVER’S LICENSES. COLLEGE EXPENSES. PUBLIC BENEFITS. ELIGIBILITY OF ILLEGAL ALIENS. INITIATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT.

What planet did you come from?

As a lifelong Californian I can tell you that description guarantees that after going to the fuss, bother and expense of passing this initiative, the courts will invalidate it for addressing more than one issue.

How often has that happened in the last 30 years?

I've long ago given up on Cali, but here's what Im going to do. In another 3 weeks, im forever leaving this sewer for a better place, called Utah. Im selling all of my Ca fixed assets (read properties) and outright buying a very nice, brand new house there. I'll have no mortgage and no car payments on two new vehicles. Im also going to start building my airplane.

I can't sign the petition since I'm from Texas, but I wish you all the luck on gaining signatures.

We have on going forms had 25 registered voters sign in our neighborhood (So. Orange County) Have forms at office . Doing everything we can, just hope the people's will/votes count. Look at prop 187 and AZ prop 200. We need to keep pressure on Arnold.
