This is un-effing believable! Kudos to Rowan Atkinson for speaking out against the British version of this insane law (and iirc, he's done so before in similar circumstances). It must be the case that no one has a right _not_ to be offended; offensive speech is _precisely_ the sort of speech that needs protecting. Nobody needs to protect popular speech. Otherwise, the freedom of speech is meaningless.
(And the answer is... you can only get three fingers in a bowling ball.)
