In Summary: 40% of Floridians do not know that their Senator is Bill Nelson (Democrat) and is seen as highly vulnerable in his 2006 re-election campaign. Possible opponents are Jeb Bush and Katherine Harris of PE2000 fame. Jeb has the enthusiasm od 70%, Harris of 48% of Republicans.
Giuliani and Hillary are Floridiands top choices for President. Over 67% of Republicans wanted to see Giuliani run for President, verses less than 50% for McCain.
Likewise, Clinton backed by 67% of Democrats...

Has anyone heard exactly what political position Jeb is interested in? VP sounds like the very best choice. It has often been said that the VP does not effect a voters choice in electing a President. It would put Jeb in the position to run for the eventual Presidency. McCain sounds like the most likely choice. As much as we don't like him, he is pro life, very popular, and would beat the pants off of Hillary.
Let Harris run for Senate. The Bush dynasty would continue on and make political history..
Awful as I think McLame is, he's still vastly preferable to an East Coast Liberal like Giuliani.
Giuliani should run for Governor.
Of New York.
Jeb has repeatedly said he has no interest in running for President in 2008, or for the Senate in 2006. He's only 51 years old, though, so he has plenty of opportunities later on down the line.
Surely we are going to have a choice other than these two RINOS.
Giuliani? Can't Republicans be offered a fairly conservative option?
MY PICKS:

Governor Bob Riley (R) Alabama

would it not be WONDERFUL to no longer have someone named "Clinton" holding office in Washington??? yes, it would.
I think Bill Nelson is a part of that 40%. This guy has "toys in his attic".
Riley? Are you frickin' kidding me? What a LOSER! He'll be lucky if he can get elected dog-catcher after what a sham his governorship has been.
Hillary Clinton: 58%
Riley: 24%
3rd-party-Kook-of-the-year: 18%
I'm convinced that once GOPers are more informed about Rudy's positions on guns, gays and abortion that his poll numbers will drop off. Right now the only thing driving his numbers is name recognition.
It will be interesting to see what Jeb decides to do. The Senate is a poor springboard for anyone who is harboring presidential ambitions. I'm sure he is waiting to see how his brother's second term shakes out before deciding on a White House run.
