I can't believe the networks actually refused to call Ohio that night with the exception of Fox and NBC. They all had the same data and they knew damn well it was over.

The vote is certified, but the ones calling for a recount are still certifiable.

Well... be fair, though. He's basing this on this startling, decades-old "typewritten" memo he's happened to uncover, just recently... :)

Blackwell, a Republican, oversaw the election process while serving as one of several statewide GOP leaders who co-chaired Bush's campaign. The 2000 Florida recount was also administered by a Republican secretary of state, Katherine Harris, who is now a member of Congress.

Of course, no matter what, CNN managed to insert some 'important information' regarding who handled the 'problematic' elections.
