If her term is up, she should leave. I couldn't care less about the past.
Giving her another month, just gives her more time to shred the papers that will end up leading to her going to jail for misappropriation of funds.
Thanks for posting this! While I believe this kind of stunt is worth several more thousand votes for us in 2006 and 2008, she should be required to comply with the law. Whether it is by armed guards preventing her entrance, and/or carrying on business as if she didn't exist, she cannot be allowed to flout the law. Nuff said.
Perhaps this article from Kirsanow, President Bush's appointee, is a shot across the bow in the effort to make this ugly little spat public. Let's put on our activism hats and start contacting our newspapers and other media outlets to make sure this crank gets FULL coverage of her partisan nastiness. If she refuses to follow the law and go, we win by gently enforcing the law and not paying her salary or allowing her entrance after her job is done. If she leaves, we win BIG. (I get the feeling she thinks she can get away with it just because she always has, LOL!)

That was a hoot- the Black Student union or some other chip-on-shoulder racist black student group exercised their "right to dissent" by axing for some special programs and taking over the University administration offices until they got their lollipops.
Chancellor Mary Berry showed the spine of a jellyfish by granting all they axed for, and flew out of town immediately thereafter. Colorado's gain was the federal taxpayer's loss as this inept woman worked her way further up the civil rights food chain.
Ugh, government-empowered crap never truly gets scrubbed out.
