I've bought things on Ebay several times, but I've often wondered what happens if you don't pay. Can Ebay force the highest bidder to pay?

No. All they can do is suspend your account.

It's up to the seller to pursue any legal action.

That said, I don't think the mother should be rewarded for being unable to parent her child.

My mother died in the house she & I shared with my twin 5 year old daughters.

They went to the funeral as well.

Not once did they mention they were afraid of her ghost, since they never feared her in life.

Good thing too, or I probably would have caught them playing together at all hours of the night!
