Hard to tell for sure but with the tow piece, smoke dispensers, and shape of the chassis I'd say it is a standard export model T-72.

I don't profess to know what each crewmember's title and job is. It's actually something I should read about and learn. That is the loader's hatch and machine gun. 99.9% probability that is the loader with the sunflower seeds. Sunflower seeds are better than "snoose" when it comes time to get rid of the residue.

The barrel lenght indicates it to be a T-72 convertible.

Hopefully not one of ours. ---
Nope, definitely soviet built. The turret looks like a T-55.
As do most of the rounded Soviet *half-egg* turret designs prior to the T-84.
But the sloping shot-trap irons on the hull front slope give it away. It's a T-72, whose known bad habit of *flipping it's lid* following a hit on the ammo storage area does not at all endear it to its crews.

I tried, but the TCN's at the Embroidery Shop here couldn't handle it.

I tried, but the TCN's at the Embroidery Shop here couldn't handle it. I'll check with Hein Specialty, with whom I've dealt with in the past, and who have cranked out runs of as few as 4 custom patches at very reasonable prices.
The first project I'll work on will be just the *TREADHEADS* rocker tag, which can be used with either a numbered divisional patch for those who wuz there, or a blank Armor School or other Red/Yellow/Blue Armor Triangle until we can get that added to the project list.
I'll see about running off a few more than just 4, however.
