CNN's Rudi Bakhtiar met with Fox News brass earlier this week about a high profile position at the network, a source close to the situation said. She's telling friends she has an offer, and that Roger Ailes thought she was terrific. "She's a perfect fit with Fox -- she's a great anchor and is extremely camera friendly," the source said.

Yes I think this will work. She fits the "profile". Very easy on the eye.

Is she replacing anyone, or just an addition? Talk was that a popular Fox person was leaving.

There was a thread yesterday on this:

Will be another reason to watch Fox if they are able to get her under contract. Wonder who she will replace, OReilly or Greta? (wishfull thinking)

That "popular Fox person" leaving ended up being Monica Crowley. She signed with MSNBC. How in the heck she was considered anything but a frequent guest is beyond me.
I just wish Fox would start hiring some more eye candy for us 40-something ladies. They are already pretty well stocked on the females. lolol

I'd actually re-program my remote so it doesn't skip over CBS if they hired my gal Laurie.
