Gung Ho and Semper Fi
This man is a hero and his bravery and sacrifice should never be forgotten.
BTTT
Somebody should have told Kevin Sites what the Marines are doing for him while he is busy making his lagacy by being a rat.
Thank God for Mariones like Sgt Peralta and his platoon and damn Sites.
Another story of Marine courage and selflessness. Where do such heroes come from? God bless him and all in harm's way.
<wipes tear from eye....that'll do Sarge...that'll do
Prayers and intense gratitude for the gift of this Marine.
SGT Peralta is survived by a brother Ricardo, 14 and a sister Karen, 13
It's times like this I wish I had all the money in the world...
Ditto...
God Bless those that give their all for their brothers!
I pray for the chance to meet men like Sgt. Peralta in heaven.
Let's hope that he gets a well deserved break, before reporting for duty to guard Heavens streets.
Now, let's all go buy some toys for "Toys For Tots" and help brighten someones Christmas! (I'm off to the store as soon as I regain composure)

Sounds like Medal of Honor stuff to me.
"Youre still here, dont forget that. Tell your kids, your grandkids, what Sgt. Peralta did for you and the other Marines today." As a combat correspondent, this is not only my job, but an honor.
If all reporters would report this unbiased level of reporting, the enemy would never again dare go against us. They would have no "eyes" on our own marines... eyes provided by our own American media. Treason.
[Another story of Marine courage and selflessness. Where do such heroes come from? ]
They come from the Heart and Soul of America. This Marine had not been a citizen for very long, but he understood what being an American was all about. He understood it with his heart and he was willing to fight for it.
God Bless him!!
tears in my eyes
This man's family deserves to receive his Medal of Honor. I hope they get it. What a hero - we just have no idea the mettle of our military until it's tested do we?
If this doesn't rise to the level of the Congressional Medal of Honor, then I'll not see one in my lifetime.
