"Wow, thinking about that speech to Congress after 9-11. It still gives me goosebumps to remember how the leader, George W. Bush, spoke, interacted with the congressional members from both parties, shaking hands, reaching out and by his words, actions, and demeanor began healing this country. That speech was beyond powerful. It was beyond awesome. I truly can't find the word."

Me too, and me either. I'm not sure the correct words to express our feelings about that speech exist.

I have the audio of it burned onto CD for posterity. Some day I'll get hold of the video, too. Remember Hillary!s behavior?

How COOL that you have a CD of that!! Wow, I'd love to hear that again, is it available on the internet anywhere that you know of?

Mr. Prairie and I just looked at each other after it was done. Finally hubby said something like "that was a darned good speech", LOL. Understatement of the year, yet we just couldn't find words.

Isn't that the episode of eye-rolling that the Junior Senator favored us with? A habit she quickly discarded after finding out how badly it played with the public. Sure hope there's tape of that if we ever have to go up against her in any big election again. Talk about showing true colors.
