Not much of an assumption. Seemed pretty clear from the context. But since you feel a need to back track, go ahead and clarify your argument--because with this adjustment it is essentialy non existant.

I get the feeling that the only argument you will accept is one that agrees with your viewpoint. I have a feeling you'll find flaws with any others. Am I correct?

Absolutely, when I find flaws in my arguments I change my view point. Don't you?
