It doesn't matter. Using the children, who are captive on the bus, for an "educational" lesson is unacceptable. No matter how worthy the info or the motivations of the so called "teacher" may be. I stress "may be".

Just a word for you and the others. Do not try this with my kid or I will put a stop to it...right quick.

Good gravy this discussion seems to have gotten your dander up! This latest post sounds like you have some bizarre objection to any education taking place on school buses (even algebra?).

And what's with the fixation on school bus captivity. Do you think kids are free to come and go in a regular class room? Or do you think that Mrs Mayors would stop the bus and not let any of the kids off unless they agreed or something?

That souns like the kind of argument I've heard about from DUmmys.

You seem incapable of logical thought. Are you saying that as a parent I would have no right to prevent a school bus driver from doing this with my child on board?
