Looks like they'll just happen to have enough for a partial recount by Friday. All is going according to their wicked plan.
Partial recount is illegal - Bush v. Gore. The question is whether or not they want to adjudicate it.
Is it correct that if a partial recount changes the result of the election, then the law requires a complete recount after that?
Can't you just hear the excuses now, after they end up finding a couple hundred more votes in King County for Gregoire?
