So on the one hand they reach an agreement with Iraqi officials to strengthen border control. Then when this groups leader starts boasting about how many "martyrs" will go to Iraq to kill Americans, all Iranian officials can say is "They are operating outside of the goverment and are not our problem." There must be SOME way to smuggle U.S. special ops forces into Iran like we did before the Iraq war. That way we would have more intelligence on how to exterminate these bozos.
