Come tomorrow, the vote will be certified for Bush. Meaning that the 20 Ohio electors FOR BUSH will have met the Safe Harbor provisions.

Only the house can challenge them.

I hate to disagree with you.. But a recount can only happen after the certification.

So, does this mean that the Greens/KerryLoons get to recount indefinitely until they "find" anothe 150,000 votes?
