Ohio — Today, attorneys representing the Kerry-Edwards campaign filed papers in Delaware County, Ohio to intervene in legal proceedings in defense of Green Party presidential candidate David Cobb, Libertarian Michael Badnarik and their legal counsel, the National Voting Rights Institute, who are seeking a recount of all votes cast for president in the Ohio 2004 general election.

Nothing to worry about folks, I've been following this story for weeks now. There is NO CHANCE that the election in Ohio will be overturned by a recount

The Greens and Dems know that. That is not the purpose of all these court challenges. It's to create so much smoke (and blow it up the sheeples'.. well you know) that the sheeple will assume there must be fire (election fraud) in there somewhere. Thus the purpose is to discredit the President, and weakend him in the second term. It won't work of course, but it's an extremely dangerous tactic. It undermines the very bases of our free Republic.
