I've already given them my 2 cent's worth. I saw Mr. Stevens and the attorney on Hannity & Colmes last night. Made my blood boil to hear what he had to say.

Hope someone notifies the American Center for Law and Justice (aclj.com) specifically Jay Sekulow. He and his staff battle on issues like this.

I wrote thanking them for helping to get Bush elected and for hastening the demise of the public school system. I asked about the teacher's acedemic freedom and the student's right to know their country's founding documents. In closing, I noted that their school district would likely need public support for a ballot measure or what not some time in the future and that I would not vote to support them because of what they are doing.

Maybe students can use the Freedom of Information Act to receive copies of the Declaration. (If I'm not mistaken, it is technically a government document.)

The same NEA has threatened a parent in FL who complained about her autistic child being physically abused by a teacher. The teacher is now charged with multiple counts of child abuse.
