When they tried this in FL in 2000 the state legislature stepped up and said they would appoint the delegates if the judges threw the election to Gore. What say yee Nevada legislators?
This judge should be impeached for subversion and treason.
The Democrats would name them for Kerry. That's why they pulled off this manuever.
Actually I hope this goes forward. Won't effect the outcome and will solidify the rally cry against "activist" judges. Just like what the cry-baby demonrats in WA are doing with their demand for a 3rd recount on the Governorship vote. Will cement their reputation as losers!
Maybe I am missing something - If it says in the article that the Nevada State Supreme Court CERTIFIED the vote, wouldn't anything this wombat dum-dum district judge did be overturned so fast your head would spin?
Then they could recall the judge and send him out to Area 51 so he could communicate with some of his natural constituency...

Anyone who's read Marxist/Communist history recognizes this tactic. Unless we recognize what we're really fighting, we will lose because these people use puppet judges but don't respect the law. Really think about their motto: "By any means necessary."

Fortunately, Nevada has a large desert and a fine tradition of granting small plots of real estate in that desert to criminals such as what is creating this particular stench-from-the-bench.

I agree. While the Nevada votes won't make the difference in the election, another activist judge in another state could. This is outragious!
And that is the whole point. Set precedent in Nevada with the public believing, "it won't make any difference".
Then, once precedent is established, proceed with the rape.
