So it's about immoral dead and moral dead........not about a man that KILLS HIS OWN CHILDREN......nice.........good one there chump.
I almost lost my bearings on that one...thanks for the "immoral" guidance.
"These child support cases can get out of control, very quickly. Mom may have used the kids to get back at dad.
Now mom has nothing."
More importantly, the kids have nothing also. The 'idea' behind the system was to help children.
It's part of the publishing agreement between The Seattle Times and the Seattle Post-Intelligencer.
It's a joint agreement with the Times dominating. The Sunday paper (with the largest circulation) goes out as "The Seattle Times." The classifieds are under the Times' editoral jurisdiction.
Stuff your condescension, pal. I'm merely commenting on the subject of the thread.
"Oh yeah, right! Next logical step is MURDER?! I get it, yeah, yeah!"
Your being sarcastic, but yes.
"Stuff your condescension, pal. I'm merely commenting on the subject of the thread."
How noble.
I hope you "merely" fade away with your "commenting".
Good night, jerkweed.
Thanks for posting that extended article on the family. It makes the tragedy a little more understandable. (Not that violence is ever justified, but it shows how much stress both parties were under. Sounds like the guy snapped.)
I think I am going to go break something now......
Go do a kind, loving thing instead.
Wait a minute...isn't that what he supposedly did? sheesh

That was probably written by his family, not a reporter.
What the hell is your problem, bud? There's nothing "decrepit" about anything I've said.
Oh, I get it. Anybody who disagrees with you is "decrepit."
"I'd investigate the wife."
Me to.
Interesting article. It provides a lot more good facts. However, it also fails to mention any recent actions.
This article says that he moved to stay with the kids when the mom moved away. The other article says he was unemployed for a while. I would hypothesis that the two events are related.
The other article mentions are recent attachment of
property due to the unpaid child support. We don't yet have a timing for that action, but I would also hypothesis that this was the most recent event and the final tipping point on this mans sanity.
You miss the point. It's a classified ad service, not the news department.
They don't check to see if everyone who has a glowing obituary was actually a nice person. Much as they don't check that the car I advertise is really in "nice condition". The ads are written by the family.
There is evil and sin in the world -ignoring sin or legislatively legitimizing it does not prevent the fruit it bears...
In my opinion, this is but one more indictment against social engineering that runs counter to true justice. The courts and sociologists carry on their morally relative crusade...
I don't miss the point at all. If I ran that zoo I would MAKE SURE that the folks who post obits did a NAME SEARCH OF THEIR OWN PAPER to see if the deceased was listed in any other story. It would be standard operating procedure. A deceased person if FAR DIFFERENT from a car, for pete's sake....SHEESH!
Liberal view: More than anything in the world, Steve loved his daughters, Kelsey and Hayley
Reality: Byrne would take his own life and kill his daughters
Liberal view: He loved his friends
Reality: "I remain concerned about my safety from Steve Byrne."
Liberal view: He was tolerant of other views
Reality: "He was unwilling to examine the effect his outbursts had on his children"
Liberal view: We will remember that savoring of life
Reality: "There was obviously a lot of anger"
You get the picture. Tragic. We cannot let liberal feel-good-ism be a whitewash for murder.
