In Sofia, Powell will attend a meeting of the 55-member Organization of Security and Cooperation in Europe. In Brussels, the main event will be a NATO Council meeting. Enjoy your visit to Sanity Island.
I was in that wind Sunday...she had NO choice...LOL!
What a gorgeous color on Laura Bush.
Got my Christmas card from the White House today and for once the envelope was addressed to me instead of Mr. Peach.
Hi Gretchen--nice early dose-just what I needed today.
I'm doin' the Happy Dance--guess what I got in the mail today . . . postmarked from Crawford, TX?!?!?!?
I don't know. I have made steady contributions to the campaign.
I wouldn't say it's a "HOOT"...I'd say it is "HOT!"
Me too! How exciting is it to see that White House return address?
How was your Thanksgiving?
Just so we never see her in leg-warmers or a poncho. :-)
I think it's neat how PROUD the Pres. looks of whoever he nominates.
Prayers for you and your family, MamaB! Christmas will be tough for several of my friends this year, for loved ones lost to divorce and death.
Just think of Jan singing in that choir in heaven!
And her mom looks great too; I think she's in her 80's.
It was ok....Mike has a real bad cold and I feel it coming on...I did manage to get most of my Christmas shopping done....pretty soon the baking begins....argh!
I just contributed a little bit (compared to others) and wrote them several cards of encouragement. Hope you get a Christmas card!
Got mine on Saturday, I love the Crawford TX postmark. It brought to mind a tiny post office up to their eyeballs in mass mailings, I supose it makes the day go by faster.
It's a great card, I guess the "red room" might have something to do with the "red states", I think the White House has a "blue room" too, but I doubt if it will end up on next years card, LOL.
Hope mine comes tomorrow.....keeping each one from this administration!
Thanks for the ping great to see after I had taken the dog for her evening walk
God Bless you
*** Carlos of the Kellogg company is not bad! :-)***
I think he looks kind of like that Secret Service agent they didn't want to let in, in Chile.
So sorry aobut your uncle--what in the world happened?
Start taking vitamin C!!! It's water soluble so you'll just pee out any your body doens't use, but I really think it helps. Take a couple of them every few hours. (if you get diarrhea it's too much, but I've never had a problem no matter how much I take, and it often fends off the cold.)
Hello Gretchen. I hope you had a wonderful holiday. Do you happen to know what happened with Today's Toons today? I missed getting them this morning. :) I hope Pookie is okay.

Rumsfeld to visit India next week
The Times of India ^ | SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2004 11:59:09 PM | INDRANI BAGCHI | TIMES NEWS NETWORK
NEW DELHI: Signalling an early reconnaissance for US President George Bushs visit to India, US defence secretary Donald Rumsfeld will be visiting India next week. This is the first high level visit from the second Bush administration and it is being regarded with special significance in New Delhi.
By all accounts, Bush-II promises to be even better for India than Bush-I. A political vote of confidence was delivered to India early on with a formal US offer to sell the Patriot missile defence system.
Hi snugs--
How are you today?
