Dan Rather/CBS's attempt to influence the election through the use of fraudulent documents was exposed on www.FreeRepublic.com, the internet's premier conservative news forum. Within minutes of Rather's "news" broadcast, members of Free Republic started to dissect the story. Freepers Buckhead & TankerKC led the charge and quickly uncovered the bogus charges that the network was leveling against President Bush.
The spinning and stonewalling began immediately with a former executive Vice President of CBS news, Jonathan Klein, stating on Fox News that "You couldn't have a starker contrast between the multiple layers of checks and balances at 60 minutes and a guy sitting in his living room in his pajamas writing".
Mr. Klein could not have been more wrong. The fact of the matter is that FreeRepublic.com has over 150,000 registered members (called Freepers) from all walks of life; including, journalists! This variety of backgrounds plus the Freepers' knowledge of researching the internet combined with an ingrained skepticism and desire for truth telling far surpasses today's definition of journalism.
Freeper ForGod'sSake went to work on a graphic that he hoped would symbolize the new tag bestowed by Mr. Klein and thusly, the Pajama Patrol Badge was born. The badge was posted on relevant threads and received a warm response from many Freepers.
Another Freeper, Seeking the Truth, owner of the political satire website, 0cents.com, offered to produce the Pajama Patrol Badge Products and there are now several items available; Stamp Sheets, Tee Shirts, Mousepads, Coffee Mugs, Fridge Magnets, BBQ Aprons, Beer Steins, Magnetic Bumper Stickers, Oval Bumper Stickers

Wonderful!!!!!
FReeped both before and after opening. I couldn't make the opening day FReep. I couldn't get away from work. Travelgirl may have the link to pictures from that one. The ones from before were posted back when the Robinsons were here for a visit.
I remember that thread! Terrific bunch, you Hog Wild Freepers. One ugly building though. Designed by Fleetwood???

Well, you gotta admit that the ugly trailer on stilts look does capture the essence of Bent Bubba. Personally, I think the designer was a genius....with a great sense of humor.
Well, they've got lots of experience ;^)

I love the brass badge. I have looked at the badge company's website and they do great work for a fair price.
I would use their services directly, if you want a metal Freeper badge.
Another idea is that the person who designed this badge's image to ALLOW folks here to download it for eventual use on their home printers with those T-shirt iron-on tranfers.
The major issue is one of copyright of the Freepers artist's badge image with only authorized permission.
I have some other ideas, but I want to get legal permission to use this badge image from it's owner.
Good work. Looks great.

Thats all well and good but wouldn't the Pajama badge go best on a pair of pajamas ?
;-)
If drums set you off so what do you do if Hillary's voice ever comes across the speakers ?
;-)
whats more they got slick to sign off on it .....
If I ever heard the Hildabeast at that time of day (defenseless, no coffee), I'd probably have a coronary right there.
Just keep checking back to Pajama Patrol Stuff to see if its available.
Do you want to be contacted when the badge is available?
