I guess this is from a liberal, tongue-in-cheek, jab at all of us in "Jesusland". The Church claims authority to interpret Scripture authentically so that those who are hear the call will be able to confidently respond faithfully. The Church has a new covenant with Jesus Christ and that covenant supersedes most of what you wrote from Leviticus. The prohibition on homosexual activity however is still very clear in the New Testament and thus unlike the other laws from Leviticus (Old testament), this one remains.

A better question for you to ask is why are heterosexuals allowed to divorce and remarry; that too is condemned in NT.
My only answer is that divorce and remarriage is adultery but that just because a person has acquiesced and accepted as "normal" one moral failing, it in no ways obliges him to accept another. "Hypocrisy is the tribute that Vice pays to virtue". Hypocrisy is wrong, but promoting homosexuality as normal is worse.
