It will never be investigated if people have a defeatist attitude towards someone willing to try and get the ball rolling. Doesn't take much time to send an email if you ask me. But it only works with everyone behind it. If it doesn't work oh well. Better to try and fail than to fail to try.

Well Jay I am all for Tilting at Windmills and have done so and will continue to do so. My one word comment, "Nope", was in response to a question posed. My attitude is not one of defeat but one based on reality.
Your "If it doesn't work oh well." is not exactly inspirational. By all means get the ball rolling.
