Just goes to show why we must get more conservative judges apointed to the courts.
The ACLU would not have so much power if not for the liberal activist judges that have been controlling the judiciary for so long.
Exactly right, conservative judges are the way to fight the ACLU and the only reaon to vote GOP. Let's hope the GOP does not back stab us (again) on the issues of appointing conservative judges.
