We went to a sports bar this afternoon to watch the Browns lose to the Bengals.. well, actually that is NOT why we went, to see them lose. but that was the result.

At the next table were four GIs home from Iraq in uniform.. I suspect they did that for free drinks.. and it worked. People bought them drinks, food, and engaged them in good conversation.

I gave them cards with FR & the Canteen site. They said they had limited access to computers in the sand box, but would look you all up here.

I would have taken pix to post but my last digital camera hit the dust this past week - not good news.

Dolly....*HUGS* thank you so much for the neat report of just regular folks taking care of our troops. It is good to be reminded, when we see those uniforms, of what these young men and women are doing for all of us. Sorry about your camera.
