I think he was pardoned by that stupid President Carter.
Thanks Tonk. It is obviously illegal for this traitor to be in the Senate, let alone be CIC. How did he get away with this? I am just disgusted that it was allowed, and that so many people vote for this guy.

IF he does then we know that a R Majority House and Senate would mean nothing.
Our Senators and Congressman believe more in tradition than in a code of conduct. They protect each other regardless of party affiliation. We need a third line party that is dedicated to true conservative principles. Until we have a bulldog in the senate, people like sKerry will continue to exist.

There has to be someone around who was in the Company Office when sKerry was discharged. Someone has to know something. Why are all these people staying quiet? People who handled his paperwork are our way of circumventing SF180.
And no presidential pardon has the authority to lift the ban on federal office under the 14th amendment. To lift the ban requires a 2/3rds vote by both the Senate and the House.
