Saw this before, but now I just have to say, that is a very, totally, extemely gay picture.
Aren't we glad we have our president, W? Otherwise it might be John Francois hand holding and tie straightening with some strange foreign man.

Burkina Faso is one of the poorest countries in the world, with a per capita gross national product (GNP) of $300. More than 80% of the population relies on subsistence agriculture, with only a small fraction directly involved in industry and services. Drought, poor soil, lack of adequate communications and other infrastructure, a low literacy rate, and an economy vulnerable to external shocks are all longstanding problems. The export economy also remains subject to fluctuations in world prices.
Burkina has excellent relations with European aid donors, as well as Libya, Taiwan, and other states which have offered financial aid. France and the European Union, in particular, provide significant aid. Other donors with large bilateral aid programs include Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Canada. President Compaore is active in subregional diplomacy in West Africa.
"If you insist on smelling so bad, at the least you could get a decent tie, old man..."
I suppose this photo is from our french new TV "Pink TV"
Look at their hands, it is very interesting.
Burkina Faso President Blaise Compaore (R) uses the tie of his stunned French counterpart, Jacques Chirac, to illustrate that both length and girth are important.
Was this the lead picture in the Chirac Daily Dose?

Compaored to what?
:: The opening chords of Marvin Gaye's "Lets get it on" begin ::
"Mr. President, I must say that I find stripes to be sooo seexxaaahhh on 70 year old, overweight, balding, bigoted, anti-semetic frenchmen. I know I am not the normal leftist, communist, terrorist, dictator-via-penis-envy type that french people normally fall for...but what do you think about getting together for a little homme y homme trade...if you know what I mean."
Fade to black.
*FLUSH!*
I feel like I'm intruding on a private, intimate moment between Chirac and his friend. Pardonez-moi.
