Fox News just announced that the lawyers for Chai Vang should be giving their press conference in about 20 minutes. Fox also reporting that Vang is going to plead not guilty.

We recognize that the focus of this case is not on us. We do not have the time to answer all your questions. We understand that the focus of this case is the tragedy and the loss that has happened. We also realize that the Hmong community has been affected by what has happened.

These are a wonderful people that have come to this country.

We can promise and do have the power to treat this case with dignity and respect. We ask that all phases of this legal proceeding will be fair. We plan on trying this case in court.
