Kid Rock - Yes, he has a potty mouth but few rock stars are as passionate and patriotic as this guy.
Dennis Prager commented on some things that Jack Nicholson had said about our war and liberalism. Nicholson is a liberal but lashed out at the hollywood crowd for attacking the president. I guess he agrees with profiling of muslims and fully supports the patriot act.

How many conservative actors have been "Red-Listed," by the same Liberal hypocrites that whine about McCarthyism and "Black-Listing."
A lot of actors on that list are not what you'd call conservative; they simply don't toe the Hollywood 'party' line on many issues.

Please don't forget musician/composer/TV personality John Tesh and his actress wife Connie Selleca. They are some of the most upright (not uptight!) people in the entire Hollywood scene.

I was with Sinise on one of his trips to Iraq and he told me that one of the schools he visited didn't have a floor, windows or a toilet. "It was just a cinder block building with a dirt floor," he said, "but with the help of American troops, the school now has these things."
Though you won't hear it from the mainstream media, the Iraqis, especially the children, are extraordinarily appreciative of American troops. "I've seen the smiling faces of Iraqi kids," Sinise explained, "and they tell the soldiers, 'I love you' in broken English." He continues, "These children and their parents have hope in their eyes and gratitude in their hearts for what was done for them." In fact, in one school the actor visited, a plaque dedicated to the Coalition Forces is displayed on the wall.
Sinise sums it up well: "Every time a book or a box of school supplies is delivered by our troops, it's another small victory for them in helping win the hearts and minds of the Iraqis. Generous Americans are making it possible for a generation of forgotten children to have the tools they need to learn, grow, and pursue futures of limitless possibility. Iraqi classrooms, once barren and squalid, will be joyful, bountiful places of learning. The American soldiers who bring these gifts to them will win the Iraqi people's goodwill, admiration and trust."

You did a good job of listing alot of the actors I like in their work. Sure would like to see more of Tom Sellek. Met him once when I worked at Universal Studios (in another life) and he was a very nice person. James Garner is also very nice. Wonder what his politics are?
Ron Silver spoke at the Republican convention. He also spoke at one of Clinton's inaugurations. He is like alot of former liberals I have meet that were changed by the events of September 11th. I would imagine there are a lot more of them in Hollywood than would care to admit it.

I believe that altho Rob Lowe is a liberal, he was very adamant about being pro-Iraq war.
