We need to strip this region of every vestige of Western technology. Raze transmission towers. Bomb power plants. Burn every motor vehicle into a smoldering hulk. Then drop EMP warheads to short out anything left - cell phones, computers, camcorders, the lot. If they wish to behave like savages, let them live like savages.
