This is scary stuff indeed. One quick way to destroy the U.S. is to convert public policy making into decisions made on religious tenents, advice and theology. Any single-directed majority given the authority to govern will inevitably oppress all minorities and the be source of civil strife. I hope everyone, whether in government or not, is free to believe, or not believe, and act according to lawful subjective motivations. But to place governmental policies is a position either subordinate to or driven by religion is the move the U.S. back to the Middle Ages with the stresses that existed at large in society and the resultant conflicts.

Moreover, even to most sincerely religious judges will, I hope, be repulsed at the idea of trashing the constitutional immunities and protections to do as this ill-advised, mis-guided poster suggests.
