Maidan receives more and more confirmation about presence of Russian troops in Ukraine.
Yesterday at night between 1:00 and 4:00 four airplanes with Russian military troops (approx. 400-450 persons) landed in Ivano-Frankivsk. They were dressed into uniform of Ukrainian troops and were sent to Kyyiv by buses. At the moment of planes arrival, the airport was surrounded by military forces.

So completely backward. It is Sharon who made strong overtures to Putin and Russia. And it is the Israelis who are extending the hand of welcome and love to those from Beslan.
This forum is communistic!
He Poohbah, your hatred of Soros has turned you against democracy. Congratulations.
Totalitarian, not communist.
Then find one more to your liking.
btw I see that you supporting Putin's bandits in the Ukraine
I'm don't buy the claims of electoral fraud, seeing as how we're relying on those infallible exit polls as evidence of the fraud.
After 2002 and 2004, I take the view that exit polls are worthless.
Well, the US government does buy it.
BTW, I see that you're an illiterate buffoon.
Generally, if Soros favors it, I'm opposed.
If the State Department buys it, that's another strike against its validity in my book. Generally, the State Department spends more time on the interests of America's enemies than on American interests.
The guys from Poland, give him a break. At least he's for free elections.
Generally if Putin is for it, so are you.
When "free elections" boil down to Soros manipulating the process for financial benefit, I question just how "free" they are.
What should we support them with? Troops? This is not our problem. Let the Europeans deal with it. We should get back to what our founding fathers told us about foreign entanglements. If not now, when? Don't we have enough on our plate already?
I don't like what I am seeing there but I don't like a lot of what goes on in the world. But we can't be everywhere trying to straighten out all the wrongs in the world. We had a vital interest in Iraq but we have no vital interests in Ukraine so far as I can tell.
Your American antagonisms will kill you someday Im ending this discussion, I will never find the conclusion with commies.
That sounds a lot like something the "ABB/DU" crowd would say. Let's see:
name calling: check
blind (rabid) opposition: check
Forget Soros. Ignore him entirely. He's as irrelevent there as he is here.
Look at what's happening to the Ukrainian people and their self determination. The military and civil authorities are taking sides. Russian troops reportedly deployed, dressed as Ukrainian troops. Bunker mentality corruption. This isn't going to be pretty, and they may need our help.
