What should we support them with? Troops? This is not our problem. Let the Europeans deal with it. We should get back to what our founding fathers told us about foreign entanglements. If not now, when? Don't we have enough on our plate already?
I don't like what I am seeing there but I don't like a lot of what goes on in the world. But we can't be everywhere trying to straighten out all the wrongs in the world. We had a vital interest in Iraq but we have no vital interests in Ukraine so far as I can tell.

They came when we called, we can do no less. If they need troops, we should deploy. It IS our problem on several levels, but the most important reason is our duty to our allies. As far as the Europeons, how is it their problem? what should/could they do?

The genie is out of the bottle. This past century has required us to take on evil whereever it is. As to the "full plate", I'd have to be the one that tells our allies to take a number & wait. We should find a way.
