I suspect if he'd call a game warden to do the chasing, the trespassing would stop.

This is not very likely in most states. There are not enough game wardens or DNR agents to come to every trespassing call. And then the police will not do anything unless they are caught red handed.

This is not the case in Wisconsin....if a land-owner contacts the DNR about a trespasser, they are told that wardens are too busy and that the land-owner should contact the county sherifs department.......these guys may get there the same day.....but don't count on it!
