Don't worry about it. If this information is public, it's public for a reason. Perhaps they want to flush him out in a panic.

Could very well be part of a "disinformation campaign" like our military has used in the past i.e., amphibious assault of Kuwait.

Thank you. We should do the same to Osama and the like...

I wonder how much fear it would strike in the hearts of Terrorists everywhere if their leaders and members began dissappearing without a trace, never to be heard from again?

From Zarkawi's letter to OBL in February

According to the Times — whose correspondent, Dexter Filkins, saw both the Arabic original and a military translation, and "wrote down large parts of the translation" — the letter is a sort of jihadist primal scream. It says that the jihad against the Americans in Iraq is going badly. The Iraqis are not signing up for martyrdom or jihad, they do not even permit the jihadis to organize their terrorist attacks from local houses, and, worst of all, the Americans are not afraid of the terrorists. With that charming neglect of logic that seems to define much of the radical terrorist "mind," Zarkawi says both that the Americans "are the biggest cowards that God has created," and that "America...has no intention of leaving, no matter how many wounded nor how bloody it becomes."

And he adds, "we can pack up and leave and look for another land, just like what has happened in so many lands of jihad. Our enemy is growing stronger day after day, and its intelligence information increases."

...and changed its name from Al-Tawhid wal Jihad (Unity and Holy War) to The al-Qaeda Group of Jihad in the Country of Two Rivers (Iraq).

He should add "LLP" or something along those lines to avoid certain legal issues...wonder if he filled out all the proper paperwork and if (and where) he incorporated?

Sorry, been studying so much lately..... <8^\

The buzz is...now that the Sunni stronghold Fallujah is not a safe haven, Al-Quada cockroches have to move into less than friendly territory. And therefore the increased chance of being ratted out.

The locals BETTER stand up soon and start taking an active role; we can't keep our guys in here forever.

Misinformation maybe? Remember how Stormin Norman conned the press in the Gulf War.. After it was all over and the MSM learned how they'd been used, they were outraged!!! Gen Schwartzkopf just smiled and said " Saddam watches CNN too."

Stormin' Norman...what a prankster! And, it worked, too!

...after receiving a tip-off..

I must be the world's greatest nit-picker. Wouldn't a tip-off be what resulted in his capture, but otherwise wouldn't it just be a tip?

They got panicky after the newsclip of that terrorist getting a bullet to the head...I don't care whether ZarCOW-WEEE gets offed while being captured, but if he's alive, then we need to use brainwave/special "treatment" to discover Bin Laden's place of hiding. THEN kill the terrorist afterward in a slow, hideous fashion led by the Iraqis (so Americans don't get blamed!)

8 “Zarqawi was transferred today...to Tuz Khormatu and is heading to Baquba

Tuz Khormatu:   Located on top center of map below as Tuz Khurmatu, about 80 km (see scale at bottom of map) SSE of Kirkuk.

Baquba:   Located on center of map below as Ba'qubah, about 60 km NE of Baghdad.

If Zarqawi is headed from Tuz Khurmatu to Ba'qubah, it suggests that his ultimate destination is Baghdad. This is the "show down at the OK Corral" and should prove real interesting! Yippee-Ki-Yi-Yeah!

"I wonder how much fear it would strike in the hearts of Terrorists everywhere if their leaders and members began dissappearing without a trace, never to be heard from again?"

It would breed for them fear, distress, and anxiety to the height of which THEY SIMPLY COULD NOT DEAL. The mind-screw of it all would send them SCREAMING INTO THE NIGHT.

Your tricksy modus is precisely how and WHAT we should *DEAL*.
