"I find it inconceivable that over 5,000 voters in the county would wait an hour in the pouring rain to vote if they haven't registered," said Dr. Norm Robbins

I find it inconceivable that thousands of people would wait an hour in the pouring rain to honor the opening of the Clinton Library and Massage Parlor. So there, we're even.

It was pouring down rain on election day here. Terrible storm, I was afraid electricity might go off. We had many voters who were not registered in our precinct. They change the precinct boundaries from time to time according to population shifts. They also change the polling place. Some times it is at a school, some times at the Activity Center, some times at the local airport. (It is tiny). Things change. The newspapers usually carry info. like that and you can always call your local court house to find out where to vote.
