One of the plaintiffs looks to be in his 50s or 60s and was knocked out cold. The next thing he remembers is waking up in first aid.

Good. Fieger's a nut-job guaranteed lots of airtime. Which insure the NBA's (bad) name gets dragged thru the mud night after night on nat'l TV.

These unfortunate young men had very difficult childhoods, that is enough extenuating circumstances to forget all about it and jail the bum that wasted a good beer on the riff raff of NBA.

They had him on TV tonight. I remember hearing that he is 67 and was hit by the chair thrown by a "fan". The locals are looking for an ID from enhanced photos of the individual who tossed the chair.

This will be interesting. The NBA will argue that the Pacers actions were outside the scope of their employment. Further the damages to the victims may not be severe (what's a knockout worth?) Finally their is no embarrassment factor here, what are the plaintiff's going to do, play the video on TV?--We've all seen it a 100 times.
Deep pockets for sure, the play is punitives. It'll be interesting.

The players who attacked a fan, should be banned from the sport for life. I don't care what the fan said, or did, if Pete Rose can be banned for life for gambling, assault ought to carry at least the same 'minimum' punishment. Fines and Jail time are on top. Fans who assaulted players should be prosecuted as well.
If this is done right now... I doubt any player will jump into the stands again. Ever.
The time has come for all to stand up and say we as a civil society will not tolerate this behaviour. Larry Byrd, STANDING BY HIS TEAM, has shown his complete lack of concern for the liability this type of behaviour has brought upon the sport as a whole, IMHO...

I've suffered mental anguish and had trouble sleeping ever since the brawl broke out. I wasn't in attendance at the game, but I still consider myself a victim. If this guy is a real trial lawyer, I expect him to get me a cash settlement of $50,000 with the check delivery filmed for a future commercial!

Good. I have actually learned to like Feiger for all the slamming he has done on Scott Peterson and Mark Geregos.
And yes, I remember he represented Dr. Death.

I cracked a joke about Fieger in response to someone's joke on Edwards. I should have known better. I jinxed the world to having to see his ugly face.
And now the song My Sharona is running through my head......
