Actually, he is nothing more than a garden variety political criminal. He was on Saddam's payroll. He should be thrown in jail for life, along with Anan and the rest of the corrupt leadership in the UN, and along with that hideously ugly frog Chirac. There are many more to go with them. In a just world they would all be developing new intimacies in prison.
