Hey, El, you sound saavy. What am I doing wrong? I don't seem able to post a picture on FR from the My Pictures folder on my computer. Should I open with IE first before going to properties? I read the tutorial and I was at the boot camp. I'm a high school graduate...even got a doctorate - but I can't seem to do it. Am I hopeless? Can you help? Can I stop asking all these questions? :-)

You can't post anything that resides on your computer. The image has to reside somewhere on the internet/website. Do an internet search for free web space or a similar term. Many websites give free web space and you can then upload the image/s to the website. Your img src tag would then include the path to the website and the image name.
Sample of what I mean by path and image name:

Your a life saver ('cause I thought I was going crazy stupid!). That little fact - that the photo must be web based - needs to be made clearer on the HTML sandbox tutorial or at the boot camp. Thanks again and keep on dancing.

This Reflection paper serves as a vehicle to further examine Family Systems Therapy and grants me an opportunity to voice some of my beliefs, interests and preferences.
I did not pick one theorist in particular to write about.
Within Family Systems Therapy there are many different theories and therapies.
I will write about some of the more recent developments within Family Systems Therapy. I use the Handbook of Structured Techniques in Marriage and Family Therapy by Sherman, R. and Fredman, N. (1986) to discuss some of the basic foundations of Family Systems Therapy.
I have included Kreilkamp, T. (1989) Time-Limited Intermittent Therapy with Children and Families, as an example of the recent focus on brief therapy. Kreilkamp discusses how to maximize the short time we have with some clients.
Furman, B. and Ahola, T. (1992) explain Solution focused techniques and how it is impacting counseling with individuals and families in their book Solution Talk: Hosting Therapeutic Conversations. I utilize Family Therapy Concepts and Methods by Nichols, M. and Schwartz, R. (2004) which is not an original source book, but a theory book.
Social Constructionism as a philosophy has a profound effect on family therapists today.
The philosophical implications of Social Constructionism mesh well with the phenomenological view of the family. Each family is its own culture.
