With the wearing of C4 having become almost a fission statement it's a wonder more insurgents haven't been killed on the spot.

Killing prone terrorist insurgents is going to become common.

There is no way to avoid this. The terrorist insurgents have not signed the Geneva Conventions, they have shown no intention to abide by such humanitarian practices, and that means that they are not to be afforded the reciprocal humane and "civilized" protections that the Geneva Conventions provide to all signatories.

When they choose to do so, we can worry about their "rights". Until then, we need to treat them as nothing more than sick animals and spies.
