but he could of over lent his portion to his parents therefore, he has no more interest pending property appraisal to the remainder! Or as Sharon Rocha's attorney stated, scotty lost... and he most likely did it unethical, but not sure..... Probate can get very ugly!!!!
runningbear, I am not sure that he could have lent his parents anymore than what half of his interest in the home would be.
I realize that he will never recieve any of the money himself, it was just that some people thought he would never profit from anything due to killing Laci. I was just pointing out that he still would be entitled to his half of the estate. Technically he did receive his half of the house only he gave it to his parents for money for his defense. At least that is what I guess happened.
